Workflow Scheduling
Build no-code scheduling workflows for home health, transport, DME, pharmacy, meals, and other patient services, with structured requests that reduce phone-and-fax coordination.
VectorCare helps healthcare providers schedule and coordinate home-based patient services without phone trees, spreadsheets, or disconnected portals. From home health visits and DME delivery to pharmacy, meals, and transport, the platform automates requests, dispatching, tracking, and EHR-connected workflows so care teams can move faster, reduce delays, and keep patients safer after discharge.

Coordinate home health, DME, post-discharge, transport, and ancillary services through one automated patient logistics platform.
Build no-code scheduling workflows for home health, transport, DME, pharmacy, meals, and other patient services, with structured requests that reduce phone-and-fax coordination.
Coordinate first visits, post-discharge handoffs, start-of-care windows, and referral workflows between hospitals and home health agencies through shared, trackable requests.
Route DME orders with patient context, delivery instructions, setup requirements, and proof-of-service tracking so equipment is ready before the patient arrives home.
Unify transport home, DME, home health, pharmacy, and meal coordination into a single post-discharge workflow to reduce gaps that can lead to avoidable readmissions.
Use ADI to broadcast requests to eligible contracted providers, capture ETAs or bids, apply routing rules, and escalate exceptions when human review is needed.
Connect scheduling workflows with Epic, other FHIR-compliant EHRs, CAD systems, home health platforms, DME systems, billing tools, and payer infrastructure.
