David Emanuel is the CEO and Founder of VectorCare, bringing over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry to his leadership role. Dr. Lewin served as Hawaii's Director of Health from 1986 to 1994, overseeing 6,500 employees, 12 hospitals, and a billion-dollar budget.
